| What are the shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the 'Your Cart' page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. If there is an increase of the shipping cost, we will contact you to inform you about the difference on the shipping cost and get your approval before we process your order.

1. Fedex Business Ground - Transit Time 1-5 business days based on distance to your destination. 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.(recommended)
2. Fedex Home Delivery Ground - Transit Time 1-5 business days based on distance to your destination. 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. (recommended)
3. FedEx 2 Day - Transit Time 2 business days by 4:30pm to most areas (by 7pm to residences)
4. Fedex Express Saver - Transit Time 3 business days by 4:30pm to most areas (by 7pm to residences)
5. USPS Priority Service - Transit Time 2 - 3 business days but not guarantee, it may take longer. For Military APO/FPO Addresses and PO Boxes, please use this service.
After you place the order, we will calculate the shipping fees for each method. You can then select which method you would like to use to ship your order when you check out.

If there is a delay, our customer service will inform you via email. You may also click the " My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
