Butcher and clean a chicken of about 1.5kg. Boil it in the boiling water for 8-10 minutes to get rid of fishy smell. Wash it with clean water, then put it into an earthen pot of 31 cm wide. Add in a pack of this sauce, then 3 kg of water. Stew it for 2-3 hours, then it is ready without any further seasonings.
