Cooking Directions:
1.  Mix 500g Steamed Cake Flour well in 350cc water and then pour the batter into 4 -5 small bowls that you are going to use to steam.  Please make sure the batter only fills up 3/4 of the small bowls. 
2.  Steam for 25-30 minutes.  Please do not open the cover when you are steaming the cakes.
3.  After you steam the cakes, take them out and let them cool for 10 minutes before serve.
