Yeo's Singapore Curry Grave is for those who want an appetizing and zesty authentic Singaporean Curry but prefer a medium mild taste.  This medium mild curry sauce is suitable for regular curry lovers.

Ingredients:  Water, coconut extract, palm oil, modified food starch, onion, chili powder, salt, spices, coriander powder, candlenut, turmeric and garlic.

Cooking Instructions:
5 Minutes Preparation, 5 Minutes Cook, 3 Servings
300g meat of choice, diced
200g vegetables of choice, diced
1 onion sliced
1 can Yeo's Singapore Curry Gravy
2 tbsp cooking oil

Brown onion in a small amount of oil over medium heat.  Add meat, vegetables and stir fry until almost cooked.  Serve hot.

Hint: If you prefer a milder curry or 'lemak; (nonya) aroma, simply add 12 tbsp of coconut milk last and simmer until cooked.

Tips: 
Extra South-East Asian Flavor
- Marinate meat with 2 tbsp sugar, Yeo's Light Soy Sauce and Yeo's Pure Sesame Oil for 5 minutes.
- For a vegetarian meal, add potatoes/tomato chunks.
- Saute Lemon Grass with onion for aromatic lemony scent.

Fast & Quick Meat
- Pour heated Yeo's Singapore Curry Gravy
over cooked Yeo's Instant Noodles or Yeo's Rice Vermicelli.
