| Ready to serve with rice or noodles, also can be used to stir fry vegetables.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat 4 tablespoon cooking oil and fry 60g of brinjal (egg plant, cut into cubes of 3cm length) for 2 minutes. Set aside.
2. Using the remaining oil in the pan, fry 2 cloves of chopped garlic till fragrant.
3. Add 400g of mixed vegetables consisting of long beans, lady fingers (okra), and four angle beans (all cut in 3cm length). Stir fry at medium flame for 1 minute.
4. Add in 1 packet of Tean's Gourmet Stir Fry Sauce with the fried brinjal (egg plant), stir well and cook for another 1 minute. Serve. |
