Penang Hokkien Mee also known as Har Mee.  Another top sellers!! It is as good as the Penang prawn noodle soup that you get from the hawkers in Penang!!!  Easy to prepare.  Crave for it, cook it and love it!!!
Ingredients: Cooking oil, Onion, Shrimps, Chilli, Galangal, Garlic, Lemon Grass, Sugar, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate (E631).
Ready in 15 minutes.
Serve 4-6 persons.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix 1 packet Tean's Gourmet Prawn Noodle Paste with 1.5 litres of water. Bring to boil and keep boiling under low fire.
2. Blanch 600g fresh yellow noodles and 60g bean sprouts, place evenly into 6 bowls.
3. Garnish noodles with slices of cooked meat, cooked prawns, hard-boilded egg, fried shallot (fried onion) and spring onion.
4. Pour hot boiling soup onto noodles. Serve.
