A famous Malaysian cuisine of meat cooked with a concoction of hersb & spices - BAKUTEH, has made its name known to many abroad.  Tean's Gourmet Bakuteh Herbs & Spices is processed from the finest ingredients for making a delicious and nutritious Bakuteh cook with ribs or other meat of your choice, also suitbale for vegetarian.
Tean's Gourmet Bakuteh has no preservative and no M.S.G. added.
Ingredients: Angelica Sinensis, Polygonatum Odoratum, Cinnamon, Fructus Lycii, White Pepper, Radix Codomopsitis, Radix Glycyrhizae, Rhizoma Lingustici, Radix Ginseng, Star Anise.
Serve 4-6 persons.

Description
 
Preparations:
  • 2 filter bags of Tean's Gourmet Bakuteh Herbs & Spices.
  • 800g to 1kg ribs or other meat, cut to preferred size.
  • 2 whole bulbs of garlic.
  • 1500ml (6 rice bowls) water.
  • 1 tablespoon thick soya sauce.
  • 2 teaspoons salt.
Cooking Instructions:
1.  Put the filter bags of herbs & spices in water to boil at medium fire for 30 minutes.
2.  Add ribs, garlic, thick soya sauce and salt to boil and simmer for another 1 hour.
3.  Add a little M.S.G. if preferred.  Serve hot with rice.
 
Tean's Gourmet Bakuteh has no preservative and no M.S.G. added.
