1. Mix 1 packet Tean's Gourmet Chicken Curry Paste with 1.5kgs chicken and 2 medium potatoes (cut into pieces) to fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add 250ml to 500ml water to simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is tender. stir occasionally.
3. Add coconut milk (1 coconut), stir well and bring to a quick boil. Serve.
This paste can also be used to prepare vegetables and tofu curry.
