Ox tripe/heart /tongue, a few drops of vinegar, pinch of
sugar, 2 celery stalks diced, diced scallion, dove garlic crushed.
Preparation: Cook tripe, tongue, and heart in boiling water.
Slice the cooked meat into small pieces.
Place the meat slices on a serving bowl. Add the celery, scallion, garlic,
pinch of sugar, and dash of vinegar to “SPICY KING” Ox Tongue & Tripe
Sauce”. Mix well. Pour sauce over mest. Mix well. Serve.
