Spicy Beef Salad
Preparation (for 2 -4 serves)
- 2 tablespoons rice bran oil
- 200g beef (tenderloin)
- 50g sliced tomatoes
- 40g sliced onions
- 10g vegetables (scallion cut into 1/2 inch pieces and coriander roughly chopped)
- 1 sachet (130g) Thai Delight Spicy Thai Salad Sauce
Cooking Instruction:
1. Mix beef with rice bran oil, sharp to the whole piece with fork.
2. Grill at 170ºC for 20 minutes on each side until the beef is golden brown on the outside or as required.
3. Remove it from the oven to the rest. Slice the beef (not too thin).
4. Pour Thai Delight Spicy Thai Salad Sauce, add tomatoes and onions, mixing in a bowl.
5. Garnish with scallion and coriander.
6. Serve immediately.
Suggestions: You can also use bean vermicelly instead of beef.
