    Directions:
    Wash and drain dry the chicken (2 pounds).  Mix well with 1 bag of Spicy Bake Mix.  Put the chicken on an aluminium foil, add seasoning and wrap with the aluminium foil.  Put the chicken into the oven and bake with high heat 250ºF for 30 minutes.
