Preparation of the stuffing:
1 lb. of shelled shrimp - cut each shrimp into 6-7 pieces. 
1/2 onion - also cut into cubes.
Add a little lard.  Put into boiling water for 5 minutes.  Add a little bit of garlic, sugar, salt, sodium glutamate, pepper, sesame oil and soybean sauce.  Mix thoroughly & season to taste.

Preparation of the steamed shrimp cake:
Take 2 soup spoons of flour of 1 1/4 cup of boiling water.  Slowly pour in flour and mix well.  During the mixing, add a spoonful of salad oil.  Knead vigorously.  Divide pasta into small balls according to desired size.  Roll each ball into the thinnest possible thickness.  Use a knife, scissors or small jar to cut 2" diameter circles.  Place stuffing in the middle.  Fold into shape in picture above.  Use a greased double saucepan cooking the Ha-Caos for 5-10 minutes.
