How to make Saigon Pan Cake:

Blend this whole package and mix thoroughly with three (3) cups of water, one (1) bowl of coconut milk, a small amount of chopped green onions and the small packed of Turmeric.  Stir the mixture about twenty (20) minutes.  Pour the mixture into an oiled preheated frying pan to form a thin cake, then add green beans, shrimp, meat, bean sprouts, or any favorite stuffing material.  Continue to heat the pan with medium flame until the cake turns to golden-yellowish brown.  Fold the cake together to make a home-style crispy, delicious pan cake.
