250g/8 oz prawns (trimmed & dried), 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Tomato Garlic Prawns (70g/2.5oz). Servings: 2-3

Procedure:

Pan-fry prawns in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Turn low heat and add Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Tomato Garlic Prawns. Stir well quickly until heated through.

Or stir-fry 250g shelled prawns in 1 tbsp oil until done. Add sauce and stir well quickly.

Also good for squid, beef and bell pepper.
