1. Over medium heat melt one tablespoon ghee or butter in pan, add in 1/2 cup cube potatoes and onions, stir fry until it is golden brown.  Stir in 1 packet of MKK Lamb Gosht.

2. Stir fry till fragrant (about 2 mins).  Add a spoonful or two of water as required if the mixture is too dry.

3. Add 1/2 cup chop green peppers and fry for another 2 mins (*Optional, now add in the blended nut mixture and add lamb)
4.  Simmer till lamb is tender over low heat.  Top up with water so that the lamb is covered in liquid while slow cooking.  Preheat over to 150C or 300F, transfer curry to casserole and cook in over for another 25 mins.  Serve steaming hot over rice or bread.

*Blended Nut Mixture - Chef's Tip: you can add in 2 tbsp almonds, cashew nuts & sesame seeds with 2 tbsp of yoghurt (or skim milk) blend to a smooth puree, adding more yoghurt as required.
