| Cooking Instruction - Steam: Fish 600g, Instant Assam Curry Paste 100g (1/2 pack), cooking oil 1 tbsp, water 1 tbsp.
Blend Instant Assam Curry Paste, cooking oil, water all together in a bowl until well mixed. Pour over fish evenly, transfer to a steamer and steam till cooked through. Serve hot.
Cooking Instruction - Stir-fry: Fish or seafood 1kg, Instant Assam Curry Paste 200g (1 pack), cooking oil 1 tbsp, onion (sliced) 1 pc, tomato (sliced) 1 pc, water 500ml.
Heat up 1 spoon oil and stir-fry Instant Assam Curry Paste together with sliced onions for 1 minute. Add fish or seafood and water, stir continuously over medium heat for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
