Sauce Kit contains: Singapore Curry Paste and Premium Coconut (Singapore Curry Premix).

Various herbs and spices are skilfully blended to create a delicious dish that has attracted legions of fans among both locals and visitors to Singapore!

Ingredients:
Singapore Curry Paste (Heat Sterilized) - Vegetable Oil (Palm Olein), Shallot, Chili, Curry Powder (Coriander, Dried Chili, Salt, Fennel Seed, Dhal, Turmeric, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Clove, Cardamom), Water, Candlenut, Galangal, Salt, Lemon Grass, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt), White Pepper, Modified Waxy Maize Starch.
Singapore Curry Premix (Dehydrated) - Coconut Milk Powder, (Coconut Milk Solids, Maltodextrin, Sodium Casenate), Sugar, Salt.
This product contains: Tree Nuts, Crustaceans, Milk Products. Manufactured on equipment that also process peanut, sesame, fish, soybeans, wheat and egg products.

A: To cook:

1. Pour 400ml water and Singapore Curry Paste into a pot. Stir well and bring to boil on high heat, stirring occasionally.
2. Add chicken meat (720g) and potatoes (3 nos cut into chunk). Stir well and bring to boil. Cover pot and lower heat. Simmer for 10 mins on medium heat.
3. In a separate bowl, stir Singapore Curry Premix into 260 ml water. Mix well and add to pot. Simmer for 7 mins on low heat. Do not cover the pot. Stir occasionally and ensure that the gravy does not boil.
B: To serve:
1. Serve Singapore Curry hot with rice or crusty French loaf.

Chef's Tips
For a more robust taste, marinate chicken in a container with whole packet of Singapore Curry Paste (at least 12 hours in chiller) and add chicken in step 2. Do not add Singapore paste in step 1.

Storage
Store in cool dry place. After opening, keep pack refrigerated and use within 3 days.
