| You will need... 7 eggyolks + 3 whole eggs, 200g margarine + 150g Butter, 2 tablespoons of rum
MIX margarine and butter for ±20 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
IN another bowl, BEAT eggs at high speed for ±10 minutes until foamy.
ADD Pondan Spekkoek Cake Mix then beat again at high speed for 6-7 minutes until thick.
MIX butter mixture, rum, and cake batter together, stir well until even. Prepare baking pan covered with baking paper at bottom and brushed with margarine.
POUR cake mixture one layer at a time (3 tablespoons of mixture per layer) onto the pan, flatten it with flat spoon and bake. After 5 minutes, put another mixture onto the first layer, flatten it again then bake. Repeat these steps until the last mixture. Ready to serve.
