You will need... 7 eggs (±400g), 3 tablespoon water (±30cc), 100cc instant coconut milk + a pinch of salt OR 75cc cooking oil

HEAT oven to 160ºC.  Cover bottom of chiffon baking pan with baking paper then grease bottom and sides of pan with margarine.

BEAT eggs at high speed for ± 3 minutes until foamy.

ADD Pondan Pandan Chiffon Cake Mix with water then beat again at high speed for another 8 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thick.

ADD instant coconut milk or cooking oil then stir well (using wooden spatula) until even.

POUR the mixture into Chiffon baking pan.  Bake for 60 minutes on medium heat (160°C) till done.  Baking is done when toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.  Let it cool for 10 minutes before inverting.  Ready to serve.
