Noraini's Penang Laksa Premix Spices (Malay style) - 50g

The supplier's wife suggested me to add this to the site.  She said that it is so delicious and my customers will love it.  I didn't want to do it at first because we already have 2 other Penang Assam Laksa Paste but after I tried it, I am addicted now.  I cook mackerels in a filter bag in the soup and then take it out to remove the bones.  Last step is to blend it and then put it back it the soup.  It is a must to blend the fish because they have a lot of fine bones. 

Ingredients:
Onion, chilli, dried tamarind skin, lemon grass, dried shrimp paste, wild ginger buds, polygonum salt and sugar.

Preparation Method:
1.  Mix 2 packs Penang Laksa premix well with 1 cup of water.  There are 2 packs in 1 box.
2.  Add 5 cups of water and 150g fish meat (blended).  Put on cover and cooked till boil.
3.  Best served with 600g rice noodles, onion, pineapple, cucumber, chilli and boiled egg.

1 cup = 250ml
