NONA LEMANG (Bamboo Rice Cube) is wrapped with High Density Polyethylene Perforated Food Grade plastic.  This plastic bag can withstand temperature up to 106ºC and complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1750.  It also complies with Malaysia Food Act (Act 281) and Regulation (20th June 2003)Ingredients: Glutinous Rice, Non-Dairy Creamer, Salt and Permitted Flavor (Rich in coconut milk flavor)

Description
 
Simple Cooking Method:
1.  Put 5 packets of Nona Lemang together with 2 liter (10 glasses) of water and cook in a pot using high flame until boil (about 5 minutes).  Ensure water level covers all the lemang packets.
2.  Add coconut flavored powder into the water and stir Nona Lemang for a while.  Turn to middle flame and cook for 45 minutes.
3.  Drain the water and leave the Nona Lemang to cool before cutting.
