Ingredients:  Rice Flour & Baking Powder
  • Use sufficient oil for frying.
  • Do not overload frying pan at any one time of frying.
  • Prepare one lot for one frying process only.
  • Flour mixture must not be left lying around.
  • Nona Banana Fritter Flour must be kept in sealed container.
  • For frying of fish, prawns or squids, addition of some spices or turmeric would be favorable choice.

Description
 
1.  Heat oil about 3-4 minutes.
2.  Mix 1 Nona Banana Fritter Flour with water and in the portion of 1:1 in flour and water.
3.  Properly heated oil can be checked by putting in a little flour mixture into the oil and it rises to the surface if the oil is hot enough.  The banana can then be coated with the mixture for frying.
4.  Drain off the oil from banana when it turns golden brown.
For Special Attention:
  • Use sufficient oil for frying.
  • Do not overload frying pan at any one time of frying.
  • Prepare one lot for one frying process only.
  • Flour mixture must not be left lying around.
  • Nona Banana Fritter Flour must be kept in sealed container.
  • For frying of fish, prawns or squids, addition of some spices or turmeric would be favorable choice.
