| Prepare: 400g prawns, curry leaves a few, 2 nos. chili padi (chopped) or red bell pepper, 1 thsp butter.
Method:
1. Clean prawns, trim off heads, while keeping shells. 2. Heat oil in wok. Lightly fry prawns till cooked. Remove and drain. 3. Discard oil, clean wok. Over low heat, add 1 thsp butter. Add chilli padi and curry leaves. Stir-fry till fragrant. Add prawns, MasFood mixed seasoning and cereal. Mix well. Serve hot with rice.
You can also use this mix to make soft shell crabs and squid.
