Nasi Lemak Recipe (Serves 6)
5 cup rice, 500ml thick coconut milk, 2 slices ginger, 2 shallot, peeled & smashed, 1 tsb salt & oil, 2 pandan leaves knotted.Cooking Method:
1. Wash rice until clean then drain and then put in rice, ginger, shallots, pandan leaves, salt and oil in a rice cooker.
2. Pour coconut milk over the rice, the level of coconut milk should be 2cm above the level of the rice.
3. Cook rice until dry then loose it with a wooden ladle. Serve Nasi Lemak with Sambal Nasi Lemak, garnish with egg, serve hot.
