Ingredients: Dried Red Chillies 35%, Garlic 25%, Shallot 20%, Salt 7%, Lemon Grass 6%, Sugar 3%, Kaffr Lime 2%, Galangal 1%, Spices 1% (Coriander seeds, Cumin, Cardamon)

Description
 
Serving Suggestion:
1.  Stir fry 4 tbsps. (80g) of "Maesri Red Curry Paste" into 1 cup of can coconut milk about 4 mins.
2.  Heat over a medium flame taking care not to burn.
3.  Put 300g of diced chicken or beef deep boiling until cooked then pour in 1½ cups of light coconut milk or water and 1½ tbsp, fish sauce allow to boil stirring occasionally.
4.  Add 150g of small green eggplant, roughly cut carrot or bamboo shoot strip and simmer.
5.  Season and garnish with sweet basil leaves, fresh sliced chilli.  (Serves 4)
