Description
 
Serving Suggestion:
1.  Stir fry 4 tbsps. (60g) of "Maesri Masaman Curry Paste" into 1½ cups of can coconut milk about 5 mins.
2.  Put 300g of chicken or beef, then pour in 1-2 cups (2 cups for beef) of light coconut milk or water, allow to boil, stirring occasionally.
3.  Add 150g of potatoes, 50g of onion cut into large chunks,
4.  Heat until meat is soft (about 20 mins for chicken, 35 mins for beef).
5.  Add 2 tbsp. Roasted peanuts if prefered (Serves 4)
