Serving Suggestion:

1.  Stir fry 4 tbsps. (60g) of "Maesri Green Curry Paste" into 1 cup of can coconut milk about 4 mins.

2.  Heat over a medium flame.  Do not burn it.

3.  Put 300g of diced chicken or beef boiling until cooked then pour in 1½ cup of light coconut milk or water and 1½ tbsp. fish sauce.  Allow it to boil.  Stir occasionally.

4.  Add 150g of small green eggplant, roughly cut carrot or bamboo shoot strip and simmer.

5.  Season and garnish with sweet basil leaves, fresh sliced chilli (Serves 4)
