A famous hot curry from Goa, South-west India. It is well spiced with red chillies, garlic and vinegar.
You may use other meat, fish, seafood or vegetable instead of chicken. Adjust cooking time accordingly. For a richer taste, add 3 tbsp of cream or coconut cream before serving.
