Method:

Bring 1000ml of plain water to boil.  After boiling, switch to small flame.  Pour in Guiling Grass Jelly (Guilinggao) powder slowly while stirring continuously to dissolve until thick and smooth.  Turn off the flame.

If you like, only if you like... (I eat it without adding anything) after cooled, you can add honey, canned fruit, red bean, soya milk etc according to own preference. 

Guiling Grass Jelly (Guilinggao) must be stirred continuously while boiling to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
