Description

Preparation:

2 kgs chicken meat, duck meat or others meat, black soy sauce, light soya sauce or oyster sauce and salt to taste. 3 liter water.

Cooking Instruction:

Pour 3 liter water to boil. Put in the rinsed chicken meat, 2 filter-bags of soup spices, and flavor (do not open filter-bags). Using medium temperature to cook for 1 hour. Add pepper before serve.
