30 eggs (you can make 10 or 15 eggs but remember to cut down the usage of other ingredients), sugar, and soy sauce and black soy sauce 4 spoons each, water and salt to taste.

 

1.  Cook eggs to hard-boiled separately.  Break and crack egg shells with spoon (or remove shells completely)

2.  Pour water to boil.  Add hard-boiled eggs (maintain the level of water to be above eggs), 2 filter bags spices and flavor (do not open filter-bag).  Using medium temperature to cook for 2 hours, serve hot.  (Cook in long hour will be more delicious)
