Description
 
Preparation:
Chicken meat around 1kg (or other meat), 2 liter of drinking water, salt and soya sauce.
 
Cooking Instruction:
Pour 2 liter drinking water, rinsed chicken meat (or others meat), and one filter-bag spices (do not open filter-bag) into a pot.  Cook with medium temperature in an hour after the drinking water boiled.  Add salt and soya sauce to taste.  Serve hot.
