| Preparation:
1. 1 packet of 'Golden Phoenix' Mix.
2. 1 medium onion.
3. 1 orange (peeled & cut in half)
4. 1 whole chicken (approx 1.2 - 1.5kg)
5. Wrappers included inside pack.
Cooking method:
1. Apply 'Golden Pheonix' Mix onto skin and the inside of chicken.
2. Squeeze orange juice onto chicken. Stuff remaining orange pulp & onion into chicken. Wrap chicken in plastic wrapper, followed by aluminum foil sheet. Wrappers included inside pack.
3. Steam for 1.5 - 2 hours over low flame. Serve hot.
Hint: For extra gravy, sprinkle a little water (2 tablespoons) over chicken before wrapping.
