Ingredients: Chilli, Torch Ginger, Tumeric, Galangal, Candlenut, Lemon grass, Tamarind, Onions, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil.

Ready in 20 minutes.
Serve 3-5 persons.

Description
 
Cooking Instructions:
1. 1kg of chicken or meat of your choice (cut into small pieces) and add 1 packet of MKK Red Curry.
2. Mix thoroughly and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add 200g of potatoes or pineapple and simmer for 15-20 minutes till cooked.
4.  Add a little water (or tamarind juice) or 1/2 cup of coconut milk for a creamier curry.
5.  Serve hot with rice, paste or bread.

Suggested Recipe:
1 pkt MKK Red Curry, Chicken 1kg, 200g of potatoes or pineapple cube.  Optional: 1/2 cup thick coconut milk.
