Cooking Instructions:

1. Dissolve Paste with 4 cans (1 can = 400ml) boiling water (or chicken broth).

2. Whisk in coconut milk, add fried tofu & bring to boil.

3. Pour Curry Laksa stock onto noodles.  Garnish with eggs, prawns, cockles, mint leaves and fried onions.
