Stir Fry Chicken With Chilli & Lemon Grass Sauce
Preparation (for 2 -4 serves)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 200g chicken or other meat
- 120g vegetables (red bell pepper, baby corn or other)
- 1 sachet (130g) Thai Delight Chilli & Lemon Grass Sauce
- 30 cc. water
Cooking Instruction:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in pan or wok.
2. Add chicken or other meat stir fry until cooked.
3. Add vegetables then stir fry on high heat until cooked.
4. Add 1 sachet of sauce, stir together.
5. Add water and turn flame to medium heat.
6. Stir thoroughly and serve while hot.
