Soften brown rice vermicelli in water at room temperature for 1 minute prior to cooking.
Brown Rice Vermicelli Soup:
1. Boil meat, prawns & vegetable in flavored soup for a few minutes.
2. Add brown rice vermicelli to the soup with sauces and ingredients of your choice.
3. Simmer for 1 minute or 2.
4. Garnish with parsley and its ready to be served.
Stir-Fried Brown Rice Vermicelli:
1. Fry garlic and onions with little oil. Add cabbage and carrot.
2. Add brown rice vermicelli and stir-fry with ingredients and sauces of your choice.
3. Add meat, prawns and mushrooms and stir-fry with low fire for a few minutes.
4. Garnish with parsley and it's ready to be served.
