Description
 
Directions:
- 1 chicken, cut into pieces or 1 kg (2 lbs) crab, cut in halves
- 2 cups coconut milk
 
1.  Boil chicken or crab in 2 cups water, bamboe instant spices and 1 cup coconut milk until tender (approx 30 mins in medium heat)
2.  Add the remaining coconut milk and bring to a boil, stir occasionally.
3.  Serve hot.
For better flavor, stir fry bamboe instant spices first with oil.
