- 1lb mutton
- 2 cups coconut milk
- a dash of lemon juice (optional)
 
1.  Boil mutton.  Allow 2 cups (500cc) of broth to remain in the pan.
2.  Add bamboe instant spices and 1 cup coconut milk, turn to low heat until the meat is tender.
3.  Add the remaining coconut milk, continue cooking to enhance flavor.  Serve hot with a dash of lemon juice and chilli sauce. 
For better flavor, stir fry bamboe instant spices first with oil.
