Amoy Brand Spice Vinegar
Prawns with Spicy Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients: Fresh Water Shelled Prawn 450g, Cornstarch 1 tbsp, Shallot Sliced 2 Cloves, Ginger 2 Slices, Garlic Sliced 1 Clove
Marinade: Amoy Blended Sesame Oil 1 tsp, Salt ½ tsp.
Seasoning: Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce1 tsp, Amoy Spice Vinegar 3 tbsp, Sugar 1 ½ tbsp., Ketchup 1 tbsp, Water 2 tbsp.
Method:
1) Rinse Prawns, Trim, and Marinade; set aside.
2) Slice Shallot, Ginger, and Garlic.
3) Coat Prawns with Cornstarch. Deep-fry in 4 tbsp hot oil until cooked; remove.
4) Saute shallot, Ginger, and Garlic in remaining Oil. Add Prawns and Seasonings; stir-fry until sauce thickens.
Amoy Brand White Rice Vinegar Stir Pork With Colored Pepper (Recipe)
Ingredients: Pork (200g), Pineapple(120g), Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Green Pepper total (120g), some Green Onion, Garlic
Seasoning: Amoy White Rice Vinegar 1tbsp, Ketchup 2 tbsp, Pinch of Sugar, Salt and some Chinese Wine.
Method: Fry
the pork in oil about 10 seconds, add pineapple, red pepper, yellow
pepper, green pepper and stir well. Mix well with the remaining
ingredients. Finally add Chinese Win, mix well and ready to serve.
