Made with First Extract Soy Sauce.  Product since 1908. Product Made with Canadian Soy Sauce.

Ingredients: Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Salt, Wheat Flour), Sugar, Water, Color(Caramel), Salt , Ginger Juice, Rice Wine(Water, Rice), Rice Vinegar, Yeast Extract, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), ), Flavor Enhancer(Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate).

This product may contains Natural Sediments.

Chicken with Amoy Chicken Marinade

Ingredients: Chicken 1pc (Dressed about 32oz/ 2lb)

Seasoning: Amoy Chicken  Marinade 1 bottle (600g), Water 2 cups

Product since 1908

Method:

1.       Rinse the chicken, scald and drain well.

2.       Add Amoy Chicken Marinade to water, heat until boiled. Put the chicken into the Marinade, heat until   boiled, cook over low heat for 30min.

3.       Turn off the heat and soak for 5min.

4.       Leave it cool. Chop into pieces and serve.
