    1kg meat- cut in serving pieces
    80g Alagappa's Curry Meat Powder
    4 medium size potatoes - quartered
    4 medium size tomatoes - halved
    4 cups coconut milk
    4 tbsp oil
    Salt to taste

    Mixture A:
    Spices to grind
    15 Shallots
    2 Cloves garlic
    4cm ginger

    Mixture B:
    Whole spices
    1 Star anise
    6cm Cinnamon
    4 Cloves
    3 Cardomons - crushed
    Curry leaves
